The Lynch – Veinotte Wedding

My beautiful, talented cousin Danalee married  her Prince Charming, Craig this past weekend, and they had a fantastic wedding.  It was filled with so much fun, wonderful music and laughter!  We were so happy to be able to share in this celebration with them.

While there were 2 photographers that took a lot of beautiful pictures for them, I couldn’t help but take a few as well of the “behind the scene’s” goings on.

If I had to pick a favourite, it would be the picture of my Uncle Dan, the father of the Bride.  He’s such a quiet guy, I was floored when he lit up the dance floor!  All I can say is, who knew?! John Travolta has nothing on him!

Picto Ferry

I have so many memories from when I was little of our ferry boat rides to Prince Edward Island to visit my Grandparents.  We usually take the bridge when we travel there now, but this time, we took the longer route, to let the kids experience the fun of the Ferry Boat.

We had perfect timing.  The sun was just setting over the water when we left shore, and a full moon was rising high in the sky.  We spent most of the time on the deck outside, where whales were seen surfacing in the distance.

(I promised Olivia that I would send her updates when she is away -( actually I promised dated photographs to prove Cally is still amongst the living).

Cally is our senior citizen dog and was Olivia’s adopted “child”.

Reading in Bed

She loves to read and wanted to read a book in bed this evening.

When I went to check on her, she was sound asleep, with the book still open.
